Directions To Pick-Up At Our Warehouse

From Pittsburgh & South
Take route 28 north to exit #14 (Tarentum exit). Off exit-stay left until the bottom of hill, at stop sign at the bottom of hill, turn left (underneath route 28), go 2.4 miles, turn right on Howes Run Road, Parker Metal is 0.4 miles on the left.

From PA Turnpike
Take exit #48 (Allegheny Valley Exit), turn right out of turnpike booth, follow signs to 28 north, take route 28 north to exit #14 (Tarentum exit), off exit-stay left until the bottom of hill, at stop sign at the bottom of hill, turn left (underneath route 28), go 2.4 miles, turn right on Howes Run Road, Parker Metal is 0.4 miles on the left.

From RT 80 & North
Take Route 28 south to exit 16 (Millerstown exit), at stop sign turn right, go 2.4 miles and make a left on Howes Run Road, Parker Metal is 1.2 miles on the right.

Ordering by Phone or Mail:
Orders can be placed by phone, mail and online.  Most orders can be shipped by UPS and we can give you your total sipping charges at the same time youplace your order.  C.O.D orders will be charged and additional $8.50 collection fee.  C. O. D. orders require a money order or cashiers check only, no personal or business checks accepted by C. O. D.  Payment can be made three ways: Sending a check in advance (PA residents only), credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express) or Money Order/C.O.D. 

Parts that are too large for UPS must be picked up at our warehouse.  Truck shipments of body panels are very expensive and from our past experience usually result in damage claims.  WE DO NOT SHIP TRUCK BEDS.

Orders that are placed before 2:00 pm are shipped the same day they are received.

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the part or parts, in original condition, to our warehouse within 30 days from the ship date for a full refund less the shipping costs (sorry, shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded) Customer is responsible for return postage and insurance if necessary. Customer is responsible for the returned part until it reaches our warehouse.

Parts will not be accepted for return if they have been altered in any way. (cut, bent, painted, scuffed, etc.)

We will not accept any parts for refunds, returns, or exchanges after 30 days from ship date

Return Procedure:

• call or email us for an approval code
• replace part(s) in original packaging and write approval code on the outside of the box
• ship back to our warehouse at Parker Metal Products 1051 Howes Run Road Tarentum, PA 15084
• Credit will be received within 10 days from the arrival of the part to our warehouse.
